The senses are our gateway to the world, but too often we ignore them in favor of our thoughts. Without attending to our senses, we become isolated from the deep web of relations in the here and now. The Open Body's pay-what-you-want workshops introduce you to hands-on exercises, informed by theory and science, designed to reconnect you with the world.
